Corporate Governance Supervisor
The Board of Directors is responsible for corporate governance and has assigned Ms. Feng-Wei Hsu, the head of BOD Office, as the Corporate Governance Supervisor. She is in charge of corporate governance related matters, including handling matters related to the Board of Directors, Audit Committee, Compensation Committee and Shareholders meetings, assisting directors in orientation and training, providing information needed for directors to carry out their work, and helping directors comply with laws and regulations.
