Work and Life Balance
Feng Tay endeavors to take care of our employees and protect the workers’ rights. To reduce the child care burden on our employees and to help them concentrate on work, we have established nursery schools and créches at the Headquarters and factories in China, Vietnam, and India. We also emphasize work-life balance; overtime is strictly controlled at the Headquarters and subsidiary companies in each region. Depending on the needs of each region, we provide various benefits such as group insurance for all employees, on-site clinical psychology services, and free health examinations for senior employees.
We offer a competitive salary scheme and a fair and transparent performance evaluation and promotion system to our employees. The overall salary level is higher than the industry average. Furthermore, we endeavor to provide a non-discrimination workplace. Female employees comprised nearly one half of the management positions, and about one third of the top-level management positions.
